About Me

Hi I’m Angela, clinical nutritionist, practising herbalist, tea blender, corporate speaker and
Ambassador for That Sugar Film.

You may ask yourself, what made a high flying executive like myself do a complete 180 and overhaul her professional life? In a word? Burnout.

Spending over 20 years in the pressure cooker environment that is the corporate world was taking a toll on my physical and mental health. More and more, I found myself turning towards nutrition to heal my body and mind. So, I went back to study a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine) and gained further qualifications in, Social Sciences (counselling) and Western Herbal Medicine  – and here I am today.

My mission is to help you navigate through menopause and beyond with knowledge, grace and a zest for life. I love to teach the science of nutrition, how it relates to your unique DNA, and how small dietary and lifestyle changes can transform your  health. My goal is for you to take what you learn from me and implement these changes into your daily life so that you can thrive, not just survive and live a life less ordinary.

I look forward to helping you maintain your vitality for life.

3 things you didn’t know about me:

        1. I was a ballroom dancer as a child. Beware,
I loved taking the lead then, and do so till this very day!
        2. I grew up above a doctor’s clinic. Perhaps, that’s how I developed an interest in health and natural medicine
        3. When I’m not in clinic, you will find me enjoying the great outdoors – horse-riding or bushwalking and SUPing around Sydney harbour. It’s my happy place.

When working together, we’ll focus on restoring your vitality by modifying your diet, adding specific nutrients you might be lacking, and making lifestyle modifications as required.

    TOO GOOD CO.

I’ve committed to support Two Good Co’s mission to 'empower vulnerable women to re-establish their self-belief and independence’, given that women over 55 are now the fastest growing cohort of homeless people within Australia.
