‘the key 4U’ – diet science that works!
The key 4U is a five week weight loss program. It’s an eating plan with low carbohydrates, reduced sugar and refined carbohydrates, balanced protein and healthy fats. It’s not a new style of diet – it’s been around in many forms and in variations since the early 1920’s. Adapted from the ketogenic diet, originally developed and still prescribed as a treatment for epilepsy, cancer patients and diabetes.

Follow-up consultations are typically two to three weeks after you have started on your road to wellness. We’ll review your progress, discuss any health concerns, review any test results you may have had in between our last visit and address any deficiencies or imbalances. These appointments are important to help keep you on track and ultimatly reach your health goals.
