As part of a nutritional consultation, I encourage my clients to adopt healthy lifestyles. Where necessary, referrals are made to a range of local health practitioners, for example; GPs, psychologists and psychotherapists, etc.

- 1 initial consultation (90mins)
- 13 follow-up sessions (45mins)
- Personalised diet and lifestyle plan
- Practitioner only prescribed supplements (if needed)
- Referrals to other health-care practitioners (if required)
- Pathology testing (with your GP) and interpretation
- Further pathology or functional lab testing prescribed (if required)
- Educational handouts

- Email access during the 12 months

Cancellation policy Unexpected events are a fact of life, and I’m more than happy to reschedule your appointment with 48hrs notice. However, please be aware a late cancellation will incur the full price of your consultation. Thank you for your understanding.
